Over the last years Mert Oil has developed an innovative process to recover oils and fats from food wastes. These wastes are typically high in oil content for example bakery wastes, sauces and condiments, liquors from meat cooking processes etc.

Mert Oil can also accept out­-of-­spec or out-­of-­date food wastes such as oils, fats, spreads, mayonnaise etc.
